Hypefy Store

At Hypefy Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

To initiate a return, please contact us at info.hypefystore@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

⚠️ Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.hypefystore@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at info.hypefystore@gmail.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info.hypefystore@gmail.com
